- Thaw lamb chops fully before cooking.
- Optional, you can add plain yoghurt into the lamb chop before cooking.
- Remove from packaging and allow to rest at room temperature for 15–20 minutes.
- Keep the marinade on the chops. — it helps lock in flavor and moisture.
Grill Method
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Place lamb chops directly on the grill.
- Cook for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare or longer depending on desired doneness.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow juices to redistribute.
Oven Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Heat a skillet with a little oil and sear lamb chops for 2 minutes per side until browned.
- Transfer to a baking tray and roast for 8–12 minutes, depending on thickness and preferred doneness.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
