All steaks are vacuum-sealed and shipped in temperature-controlled, insulated boxes with dry ice or gel packs to ensure they arrive at the perfect temperature.
What is the difference between your Grass-Fed and Grain-Fed beef?
Grass-fed beef is leaner with a robust, earthy flavor, while our grain-fed options offer higher marbling and a buttery, tender texture.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Currently, we offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM. This allows us to properly hand-cut and chill your order for maximum freshness.
Can I freeze the meat once it arrives?
Yes, our vacuum-sealed packaging is freezer-ready. For the best quality, we recommend consuming frozen beef within 6 to 12 months.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Due to the nature of raw food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality or condition of your order, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Are your steaks pre-seasoned?
No, all Steak King cuts are delivered unseasoned and natural, allowing you to prepare them exactly to your personal preference.
