Tasting Notes
Dense, deep in color, almost black; flashes of royal purple and a spark of red - shiny and multi-dimensional like a polished garnet. A generously aromatic wine impressing with maraschino cherry and peppery spice interwoven with whiffs of violet. Lusciously ripe on the silky palate, yet with vibrant minerality to offer exciting complexity. Lingering echoes of anise and clove add to the allure.

Spicy Dishes: Syrah can handle the heat of dishes like Indian curry or Sichuan.
